The Special Committee on Increasing the Representation of Women in the Legislative Assembly is focused on examining options that will address barriers and recommend initiatives to increase the representation of women in the Legislative Assembly.  The Special Committee is seeking public input to incorporate the views of residents of the Northwest Territories.  The Committee would like to hear your ideas on barriers that prevent women from running in Territorial elections, and solutions to overcoming those barriers.
